Here is my final 2014 NFL Mock Draft for the 2nd Round.

2nd Round
33. Houston Texans - Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, Eastern Illinois: With the Ryan Mallett trade apparently falling apart, the Texans need to find a QB who can relegate Ryan Fitzpatrick to back-up status.
34. Washington Redskins - Cyrus Kouandjio, T, Alabama: Cyrus Kouandjio would not only provide additional protection for RG3, but a right tackle of his size would open some serious holes in the running game, making him an ideal fit with the Redskins.
Speaking of which, let's get the Redskins to change their name to the "Pigskins." It's not racist, it's a football reference, it pays homage to Washington's fan base of the 1980's, and the team could still call themselves "The Skins." On top of that, a new hog related logo could help Daniel Snyder sell a boatload of merchandise...Seems like a win-win situation if you ask me.
35. Cleveland Browns - Marqise Lee, WR, USC: With Josh Gordon possibly of facing a season long suspension for a failed drug test, the Browns have an even bigger need to target a WR at the top of the 2nd Round.
36. Oakland Raiders - Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State: The Raiders absolutely
HAVE to get a QB. Local product Derek Carr may also help bring in his brother David in a package deal to be his backup, which would help the Raiders lower their average roster age.
37. Atlanta Falcons - Demarcus Lawrence, OLB/DE, Boise State: Assuming Atlanta elects to go
with a LT in the 1st Round, Demarcus Lawrence could be a steal when it comes to finding a bargain when it comes to a much needed pass rusher.
38. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Kyle Van Noy, OLB, BYU: With the Bucs moving back to a "Tampa-2" defense under new defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier, they need to find LB's who can better fit that system. Kyle Van Noy of BYU would be an immediate improvement at the SAM.
39. Jacksonville Jaguars - Cody Latimer, WR, Indiana: With Justin Blackmon's future in Jacksonville, and the NFL for that matter, still up in the air, the Jags need to look for another go-to WR. Cody Latimer fills that bill

40. Seattle Seahawks (from Minnesota) - Stephon Tuitt, DE, Notre Dame: The Seahawks experienced relatively few defections after winning the Super Bowl, although they could use a stout DE to replace Red Bryant and maintain their strong play against the run.
41. Buffalo Bills - Xavier Su'a-Filo, G, UCLA: After adding a target for QB E.J. Manuel in Sammy Watkins, the Bills should look to give him more time to throw by improving their offensive line. Xavier Su'a Filo of UCLA can provide a boost at either G or RT.
42. Tennessee Titans - Zach Mettenberger, QB, LSU: It looks like the Titans are interested in giving themselves an insurance option in the even that Jake Locker cannot return from the dreaded lisfranc foot injury. In fact, with Tennessee electing to decline Locker's fifth year option, they may be looking for more than just insurance.
43. New York Giants - David Yankey, G/T, Stanford: Passing on Zack Martin in the 1st Round, the Giants still need to address their OL, either at G or at T.
44. St. Louis Rams - Davante Adams, WR, Fresno State: If the Rams can address LT, S and either a WR or a CB with their first three picks, I think they'd be pretty happy. With the top of this draft being extremely deep at WR, the value at that position trumps reaching for a CB.
45. Detroit Lions - Jeremiah Attaochu, DE/OLB, Georgia Tech: While the Lions definitely need help at CB, new defensive coordinator Teryl Austin is said to be looking for a "flamethrower" at OLB. Much like the Lions appeased new offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi by giving him Detroit's version of Jimmy Graham by drafting Eric Ebron in the 1st Round, look for the Lions to give Austin the edge pass rusher he's seeking as the Lions begin to transition to more 3-4 defensive fronts.
46. Pittsburgh Steelers - Louis Nix, III, DT, Notre Dame: The Steelers would be wise to pass on a talent like Louis Nix, III in the 1st Round despite his talent simply because there are very few teams in the market for a true NT at the top of this year's draft.
47. Dallas Cowboys -Scott Crichton, DE, Oregon State: Dallas could look at DE, S, WLB, or address their OL with their pick in the 2nd Round. If they can address DE in the 1st Round, a 3-Technique DT with 1st Round talent like Dominique Easley of Florida would be worth the gamble in the 2nd Round even though he's already undergone surgery on both of his knees.
48. Baltimore Ravens - Carlos Hyde, RB, Ohio State: Not only did Ray Rice's play drop off substantially last season, but his legal issues may be pushing him out the door in Baltimore.
49. New York Jets - Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU: The Jets passed on speedy receiving targets in the 1st Round, but fortunately this year's draft is so deep when it comes to WR's that they can find an equally talented prospect in the 2nd Round.
50. Miami Dolphins - Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington: If the Dolphins land a RT in the 1st Round, a complete TE who can help pass protect like Austin Seferian-Jenkins could help bolster their line play and give Ryan Tannehill another receiving target.
51. Chicago Bears - Timmy Jernigan, DT, Florida State: Thanks to a diluted drug test, the Bears get one of their 1st Round targets in the 2nd Round.
52. Arizona Cardinals - Donte Moncrief, WR, Mississippi: The Cardinals could look at RT and S, but an explosive WR like Donte Moncrief who can play the slot would help draw coverage away from Larry Fitzgerald.
53. Green Bay Packers - Lamarcus Joyner, CB/S, Florida State:
The lack of a playmaker at S was a
huge problem for Green Bay last season. Lamarcus Joyner would give the Packers some much needed range and ball skills in the
back end of their defense. Because he also played CB at Florida State, he'd also ultimately make for an ideal nickle in passing situations.
54. Philadelphia Eagles - Allen Robinson, WR, Penn State: Much like the Jets, the Eagles also passed on speedy receiving targets in the 1st Round, but
fortunately this year's draft is so deep when it comes to WR's that they
can find an equally talented prospect in the 2nd Round. .
55. Cincinnati Bengals - Kony Ealy, DE, Missouri: Kony Ealy seems to be falling as the draft approaches, and the Bengals would love to get a player who they were once linked to in the 1st Round in the 2nd.
56. San Francisco 49ers - RaShede Hageman, DT, Minnesota: While the 49'ers elected to use their 5th year option on Aldon Smith, they still need some insurance in case he's suspended for his latest run in with the law.
57. San Diego Chargers - Morgan Moses, T, Virginia: After addressing their biggest need at CB, the Chargers could look to infuse some new blood on the offensive line. Ja'Wuan James projects immediately at RT, and if he can eventually slide over to LT, so much the better.
58. New Orleans Saints - Stanley Jean-Baptiste, CB, Nebraska: With Tampa Bay and Carolina adding big WR's to their roster, the Saints need to be proactive and add a big CB to negate their size advantage.
59. Indianapolis Colts - Marcus Martin, C, USC: The Colts would be wise to bolster the interior of their offensive line with at least two early picks in this year's draft. Marcus Martin of USC is the cream of the crop, and would give Andrew Luck some much needed pocket stability in pass protection.
60. Carolina Panthers - Jordan Mathews, WR, Vanderbilt: The Panthers have a huge need at LT, but don't appear enamored with any of the prospects projected to be available by the time they pick in the 1st Round. Their other big hole is at WR, and they could double dip with two different targets, a big play threat like Kelvin Benjamin in the 1st Round, and a polished route runner like Jordan Mathews in the 2nd.
61. San Francisco 49ers - Keith McGill, CB, Utah: While the 49ers are rumored to be attempting to convert 1st Round safety Jimmie Ward to CB, that seems to be a bit of a stretch. San Francisco has a plethora of draft picks, and since they're in win now mode, they need to draft several CB's and let them fight it out for a starting gig.
62. New England Patriots - Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech: With Aaron Hernandez's career over and Rob Gronkowski questionable to start the season, Jace Amaro of Texas A&M seems to be New England's prime target to replace Hernandez at TE given his size and pass catching ability.
63. Denver Broncos - Chris Borland, ILB, Wisconsin: The disinformation of the draft has already started, with an undisclosed team reportedly leaking that they have taken Chris Borland of Wisconsin off of their draft board due to a purported chronic shoulder injury/condition. Assuming that information is just a scare tactic, Borland is an instinctive player who can fill a hole at ILB for the Broncos, which is one of their final needs on defensive after a busy free agency period.
64. Seattle Seahawks - Joel Bitonio, T/G, Nevada: Joe Bitonio would help solidify the right side of the offensive line for the Seahawks.
